Two days to think and draw with my oldest art pal Alison Smith.
She comes to my studio and I end up spending most of the day talking about suffrage. Blimey, I’ve taken in a lot!
We start drawing ideas, and I begin to feel sick. A usual part of my process that happily doesn’t come too early on in a project, but a very definite part of creating art for me. I am lost now till I hand in my proposals. Hey ho, and here I go.
